La Molina was one of Spain's first ski resorts, and its slopes link with neighbouring Masella over the Tosa d'Alp to form a large shared area, sold together as Alp 2500, with well over 100 km of runs.
The skiing
- Varied terrain from wide beginner slopes to steep forest runs at Masella.
- Night skiing on selected runs at Masella in season.
- Views across the Cerdanya plateau.
Getting there
Regional trains run from Barcelona to La Molina station, with a ski bus to the slopes, making it one of the few Pyrenean resorts easy to reach without a car. By road it's around 2 hours from Barcelona via the Cadí tunnel.
